Audience Research

For our audience research we conducted a ten question survey in order to find out what people thought about short films and if they watched short films. We asked some questions abouth the drama genre, however we will conduct another survey based on the synopsis of our short film. Here is a brakdown of the responses we recieved.

We sent out our questionnaire to a total of 15 people and got 8/15 responses. The data recieved from this showed that people within our own age group would be our target audience as they were more aware of dramatic and short films.

The data also showed that when asked about the conventions of drama short films; a few participants said that the film amy contain moments of tenseness or suspense. By recieving this data we may be able to incor[orate this into our short film in order to gain audiences.
